The venue's position was very central. The staff were very friendly and amicable, no complaints whatsoever.

Everything was first-class, so were amazing views to the cathedral. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of Market Square.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The check-in process was seamless and the parking availability was a great convenience. They even provided a bed for our 3-month-old baby without us having to ask. The apartment itself was amazing - spacious, well-designed, and very tidy. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts of cider and candies. our experience exceeded our expectations.

The only minor issue we encountered was a small shower leak, which could easily be fixed with a seal. Additionally, it would be nice to have more recycling cans if recycling is requested.

The location close to the center was fine. Also nice that there was a lift. Luxury that the room was cleaned every day.

Our apartment at the front had a lot of noise from cars and young people hanging out. The roller blinds were very difficult to operate. At a certain moment, the same maintenance man had to come.

Its location not very far from Wroclaw Christmas Market was excellent. It was a nice size, new-fashioned and like in the pictures. The whole staff was really helpful.

Our room like in the pictures was well furnished and big. It was nice to find a microwave oven and utensils. The hotel had magnificent and incredible location right by a shopping mall and the old city, all attractions, bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants, and Also next to the pedestrian area.

I appreciated delightful food. Superior apartment in the upstairs bedrooms, had essentials required. Location: the hotel was not far from the pedestrian area and the center of the old town, the beautiful market square and supermarket.

Located downtown, 5 min walk to attractions, quiet at night. Huge clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. Helpful staff, easy check-in. Close to restaurants, mall, and supermarkets. Safe with 24/7 security.

Bright superior apartment with a coffee machine, sofa bed to be out and a balcony. Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Grunwald Bridge.

The apartments are very well situated in the old town of Wroclaw. The apartment is nice, clean and you feel like if you are in your home.

The electronic devices (tv, dvd) should be improved

Overall had very comfortable stay for a family vacation. It was bright, beautiful and with nice bathroom. A microwave and utensils were very handy.

Nothing it is perfect.

A nice size units with a balcony and Nespresso machine, and the staff were very proactive. The location was excellent in the residential area. The airport was 15 km away.

Location was excellent for city trip.

Departure time was too early - 11am on day of departure. We had an apartment for 4 adults and were under the impression we would have two bedrooms but had one bedroom and two camp beds in lounge. This should have been made clear at outset.
